REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Instructional design, delivery, project management, and evaluation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in a related field of study.
  • Knowledge and experience with Chambers of Commerce financial institutions, lending agencies, non-profit groups, and government agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and delivers training materials at awareness, performance or management levels.
  • Conduct assessments to determine training needs.
  • Create instructional materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts.
  • Define clear learning objectives and outcomes for each training program.
  • Select appropriate instructional methods, such as lectures, workshops, simulations, and e-learning.
  • Ensure all training materials, tools, and resources are available and up to date.
  • Develop and implement tools for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Develop and manage training schedules and calendars.
