Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training curriculums and instructional materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs.
  • Assess training materials prepared by SME’s.
  • Implement various learning methods using key learning theories and principles.
  • Ensure employee growth aligns with company goals.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Administers the LMS.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with external training experts.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required
