As a Training & Onboarding Manager at Dulcedo, you will play a key role in ensuring a standardized and seamless onboarding process for all talent agents across all branches. Your responsibilities will cover the full onboarding journey, from conducting unit training to supporting agents through their first six months. You will also assist in enhancing negotiation techniques and processes, ensuring high performance and consistency.

DESCRIPTION DE POSTE:

  • Diriger le processus d’intégration de bout en bout des nouveaux agents talentueux, en couvrant l’ensemble de la formation et du développement nécessaires.
  • Conduire la formation de l’unité et offrir un soutien continu aux nouveaux agents au cours de leurs six premiers mois afin d’assurer une intégration harmonieuse dans les opérations de Dulcedo.
  • Participer à toutes les réunions initiales de l’appel n°1 pour aider à affiner les techniques de négociation des agents et garantir le respect des normes de l’entreprise.
  • Maintenir la cohérence des processus d’intégration dans toutes les succursales, en veillant à ce que chaque nouvel agent reçoive la même formation et la même préparation de qualité.
  • Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires avec tous les nouveaux agents au cours de leurs six premiers mois.
  • Fixer des objectifs au nouvel agent pour les six premiers mois.
  • Créer un plan de développement sur 90 jours pour chaque nouvel agent.
  • Créer une vidéothèque de matériel de formation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new Talent Agents, covering all necessary training and development.
  • Conduct unit training and offer continuous support to new agents during their first six months to ensure smooth integration into Dulcedo’s operations.
  • Participate in all initial call #1 meetings to help fine-tune agents’ negotiation techniques and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain consistency in onboarding processes across all branches, ensuring every new agent receives the same high-quality training and preparation.
  • Hold weekly meetings with all new hires throughout their first six months.
  • Set out goals for the new agent for the first 6 months
  • Create a 90 days development plan for each new hire
  • Develop a video library of training materials.
