We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Training Assistant to assist the EHS Systems and Data Manager and EHS Training Director with coordination of training, reporting, and maintaining documents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Training Specialist role.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data management, reporting and document control.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains appropriate data, files and follows regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Prepares, monitors and maintains various files, reports, records, systems, and documents.
  • Ensures and maintains accurate and timely data entry.
  • Provide documentation support in preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain compliance records.
  • Distribute and track EHS communications and reports.
  • Assist Training Manager with EHS training schedule/matrix.
  • Preparation, logistics, and coordination of in-house and external training.
  • Build and manage corrective action registers, scorecards, and presentations.
  • Assists with document control and distribution lists
  • Works closely with the EHS Systems and Data Manager to maintain alignment and consistency of EHS data and reports.
  • Assists SVP EHS with preparation, logistics, and coordination of EHS Team Meetings/Workshops including assisting with SVP EHS calendar.
