JOB SUMMARY

A Training Consultant is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Training processes in the plant, providing solutions to the needs of internal customers, in order to ensure that our associates can develop the knowledge and skills required for their current or future position.

  • Capacity for planning, generation and implementation of work plans.

  • Knowledge of training processes or methodologies to be applied in training plans
  • Draw up annual training plans for the plant
  • Design and develop training programs
  • Utilize known educational principles and keep abreast of new training methods and techniques
  • Evaluate teaching effectiveness and determine the impact of training on KPIs and associate capabilities
  • Training Indicator Management
  • Knowledge and application of any competency models applied to training

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years in similar positions
  • One year leading an Organizational Development process.
  • Intermediate English

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure compliance with the activities of the Training Supports of each plant under its responsibility.
  • Consolidate compliance with the training indicators of the plants under his responsibility.
  • Perform audits in the production areas and training processes to ensure that people are qualified to perform the functions correctly, according to the established criteria.
  • Detect, plan, follow up and ensure the updating of training and induction materials, plans, programs and processes for associates.
  • Ensures that the career plan is executed in a timely manner in the plants under his responsibility.
  • Develops the annual training plan for the plants under its responsibility.
  • Development, implementation and follow-up of the Annual Training Plan and success indicators
  • Ensures that the On boarding process is executed correctly
  • Ensures that the People Mindset process is properly executed by the Training team
  • Reviews the effectiveness of On Boarding and training implemented in the organization
  • Proposes improvements to all training processes
  • Ensures compliance with STPS, CTPAT and AEO requirements of the plants under his responsibility.
  • Evaluation of suppliers for training of hourly associates
  • Develop and ensure compliance and control of the annual training budget.
  • Support in implementing training and development processes for employees.
