REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency level in English is A MUST
- 1-2 years’ industry experience as Customer Success / trainer/ business analyst in retail or FMCG sector
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Experience with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success or Marketing, preferably in a SaaS and Retail Tech environment
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Good creative and design skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency with Storyline, Camtasia, PPT, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience working with learning platforms (LMS/LXP/KMS)

Responsibilities:
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write user guides, training materials, videos and e-learnings
- Write user-friendly designed content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
- Writing users release communication
- Create and maintain Insight/reporting use cases, flows, and analytical ideas for different educational tools
- Conduct instructor- led sessions for internal customer- facing teams (train the trainer)
- Work closely with Customer Success and product teams
