Training Content Creator | Internship

We’re looking for an intern who is motivated, creative and passionate about learning, effective communication, and bringing ideas to life through engaging content to join our Polestar Training team for a 6-month full-time internship, starting January 2025 at Polestar’s HQ in Gothenburg.
This internship will give you the opportunity to learn and gain exposure within a global, fast paced, dynamic organization where you’ll play a vital role in supporting course creation and development!

• Assist in Course Development: Work closely with our instructional designers to support the creation of courses to make sure they are structured, accessible, and tailored to meet the needs, including review of copy.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Communicate with various stakeholders to gather insights, understand requirements, and ensure course content aligns with overall learning objectives. Which also includes administrative tasks to maintain proper training management.Scenario-based training & animations: If you have a flair for visual storytelling, you’ll have the opportunity to create animations and scenario-based training modules, making content more dynamic and interactive.
