WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU BRING?
- A bachelor’s degree in Business administration or similar in experience OR Minimum high school diploma with 3 years office experience in an international environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Medical knowledge or work in such environment would be an asset
- Fluency in English, another European language is a +
- Technology Savvy; strong working knowledge of computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook necessary; willing to learn to master other applications for Web publication, Database management and related).
- Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System would be a strong plus.
- Proven administrative skills; sense of ownership, accurate and discretion when required.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping up-to-date the Structural Heart Education courses & participant attendance lists.
- Setting-up, maintaining and filing (in cooperation with other stakeholders) a database of all Structural Heart trainees, training courses and all related documentation to the Structural Heart field certification when applicable
- Preparing weekly communications on planned activities.
- Education Sharepoint calendar updates/Course planning and meeting room allocation planning
- Organizing training logistics; (hotel & transport/transfer arrangements, management of stocks; lunch, drinks & snack; activities; venue care, office materials & tools etc…).
- Organizing printouts (participant lists, diplomas, binders etc…)
- Overview the contract management for the Structural Heart Education faculty.
- Managing expenses in relation to Structural Heart employee training activities.
- Give administrative support in ongoing Structural Heart Education projects as required.
- Managing invoices and financial reporting to head of departmentTracing the financials of the programs
- Providing Learning Management System (LMS) and or other assigned administration site support.
- Creating metrics on Structural Heart training activities.
