Bradken is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to manage Bradken Chilca´s training and assessment function. This role will ensure the site’s training matrix is up to date, coordinate the Training Needs Analsyis process and will be responsible for the management of training at site. The role will work with line leaders to develop training and assessment needs, training courses and ensure adherence to Bradken standards
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TRAINING COORDINATOR, WHO HAS EXPERIENCE AS A MANUFACTURING TRAINER IN AN INDUSTRY ENVIRONMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING TRAINING FRAMEWORKS, WITH A FOCUS ON OPERATIONAL READINESS AND ADHERENCE TO RELEVANT OPERATIONAL, SAFETY AND LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS.
Furthermore, you will assess needs and design learning solutions that align with business goals and strategies, while also supporting business leaders in identifying skills gaps and developing programs to address these gaps.
Your role will include conducting TNA’s and identify opportunities for improvement. Also, you will ensure that effective site induction programs are in place and updated as required. Look for opportunities for in-house training and provide the site with regular feedback on training practices and reporting. You will also develop a training audit plan and report your findings. It is essential to ensure that the training data complies with Bradken’s Safety and Quality standards as well as regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will maintain roles, training completions, and the qualifications framework in the Learning Management System.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Training, Human Resources, Business Management, Applied Science, Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Manufacturing Trainer in an industry or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the industrial, manufacturing or mining sector.
- Intermediate/advanced fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
