Responsibilities:
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
- Develops and implements instruction led, virtual or e-Learning solutions for Planning & Allocation
- Conducts needs analysis and identify risks to project goals; provides project updates to leads/teams
- Designs new program templates including but limited to workbooks, leaders guides, interactive PDF’s, videos
- Reviews training program delivery methods and products; assesses and makes recommendations for improvements
- Acts as a subject matter expert for design principals and concepts; researches evidence based learning theories and applying best practices in the areas of program design and evaluation
- Provides feedback to training and development team on program design and technology opportunities
- Delivers in-person training, utilizing effective classroom management and facilitation techniques
- Maintains current training materials to reflect evolving business needs, including updating/creating materials based on technology updates and impacts.
- Collaborates and partners with Learning & Development to provide content and insight for the development of learning assets
- Partners globally to discuss new and existing training programs, identify common skill gaps to support the development continuum. Operate as One TJX
- Assists and/or participates on annual and special projects / committees as needed
