The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Training Manager to define, implement, and manage a national training and development strategy. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring that our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy for BMSI including the introduction of supporting administration systems and processes.
- Collaborate with managers across all regions to establish all training requirements and continually assess and address training needs, whether that be technical, IT skills, soft skills or managerial.
- Liaise with managers and external training providers and deliver training courses.
- Create and manage a robust apprenticeship programme to nurture new talent.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as necessary.
- Travel to regional offices across the UK to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
