JOB DESCRIPTION TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WITH STORK:

We are seeking a Training & Development Manager to join our Aberdeen office on a permanent basis. In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be instrumental in nurturing our most valuable asset—our people.
As the leader of a dedicated team of four, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s Training & Development strategy. You’ll oversee the implementation and management of training, competency, and Learning & Development processes across Stork UK, ensuring that the frameworks, systems, and tools needed to empower employee growth are in place and effective.
