REQUIREMENTS

Role Requirements;

• Proven experience in training and development.
• Qualified train the trainer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other relevant software.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS;

• Ability to conduct a full-time onsite roleFlexibility in relation to working schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Training Coordination
• Training Design & Delivery
• Manage & Maintain training matrix
• Conduct and maintain on the job training
• KPI & SLA compliance
• Managing & Maintain learning management system
• Develop, implement and maintain site-specific security procedures
• Travel Regionally as required
• Prepare and maintain security records and complete routine statistical reports.
• Managing workload effectively
• Communicating with employees & clients
• Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company’s platformsSupporting various company departments
