POSITION SUMMARY:
The training and development specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and promoting engaging and effective learning content across our Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s goals and core values.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
Design, develop, and upload training materials, videos, and assessments into Paycor LMS.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure new and existing training materials are accurate, relevant, and engaging.
Create interactive and engaging content that supports diverse learning styles.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Marketing, or another related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources Training & Development environment
Designing and delivering presentations to an audience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
