Responsibilities:
- Plans, aids in developing, and conducts training.
- In consultation with the OFM Policy and Compliance officer, develops and conducts training, or otherwise disseminates information to Fleet customers encompassing statutory and regulatory requirements, policies, and other applicable guidance.
- Coordinates updates and changes to OFM’s pages on the FAC web portal with the cabinet’s website administrator.
- Train agency contacts and employees on the Geotab GPS capabilities and requirements on a regular basis.
- Conducts class evaluations. Meets with customer agency leadership and representatives in person and/or virtually to refine training, discuss agency concerns, solicit customer input.
- Oversees and coordinates Fleet employee training programs and requirements.
- May be asked to assist in the day-to-day Fleet operations, including, but not limited to, training customers on use of Fleet’s automated checkout systems and web-based reservation application. Provide custormer service, management and administrative functions as required.
- Provide scheduled periodic reports on training and customer liaison activities. Provides other periodic or ad hoc reports as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned
