JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ATCO with an interest in developing, managing and delivering training programs within Air Traffic Management (ATM).
We provide facilities and training to AirNav Ireland ATCOs and as our Training & Development Specialist, you will develop and deliver training in accordance with our processes, manuals and training philosophy. You will be an important part in each course participant’s learning journey by empowering them to be successful within their field.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage the development of new modules, courses and other services
- Create and update training material
- Deliver training by acting as a Course Supervisor or Instructor
- Follow-up on student performance
Managing and supporting simulator instructors in their daily workTaking part in training related tasks such as development of training tools, internal projects, consultancy services etc.
You will be based in Dublin where you will primarily develop and deliver the training. Occasional travelling may be required to other sites within the EPN Group.
This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible with considerations to any notice period.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of a dedicated team consisting of other Training & Development Specialists, Project Coordinator, Training Administrator, Simulator Specialists and Simulator Pilots.

YOUR BACKGROUND
We are looking for someone with:
- Background as Air Traffic Controller and a minimum of four years of experience within the ATM field
- An ICAO ATCO license and preferably a Reg (EU) 2015/340 license
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
The following are considered an advantage:
- Experience of training
- Multiple ratings
- Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies
