Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our vibrant HR Development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the development and growth of our employees by managing and coordinating a wide range of training and learning activities. You will be the backbone of the Learning & Training department, ensuring that all programs and e-learnings run smoothly and efficiently, and that our employees have access to the resources they need to excel in their roles.
As a Training Coordinator, your responsibilities will extend beyond just logistical tasks. You will be a key player in the planning and execution of training strategies, working closely and external partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Your role will involve everything from the initial setup of training sessions to the post-event evaluations, making sure that every aspect is accurately planned and executed.
Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our learning management system (LMS), ensuring that it serves as an effective tool for tracking progress, managing content, and providing insights through data analysis. Your role will also involve supporting our employer branding effort, including communication, job fair support and Intern program support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and manage training programs. You will arrange, book, and manage a variety of training courses, ensuring all details are handled, from scheduling to materials preparation.
  • Evaluate and register courses. After each training session, you’ll collect feedback, analyze effectiveness, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate Leadership Courses. You will oversee the logistics for DI Leadership courses, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the organization’s standards.
  • LMS Management. As the “Super User” of the Eloomi platform, you will update and improve the system, support users, and manage training data.
  • Support Students and Interns. You will guide and provide daily support to students and interns, managing their tasks and assisting with their activities.
  • Plan and Execute Events. You will organize and manage the logistics for events like job fairs, ensuring all aspects are coordinated and executed effectively.
  • A variety of ad hoc tasks.
