Proven experience in training management, instructional design, or a similar role.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes to enhance employee skills and organizational knowledge.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Maintain training records and develop metrics to measure performance improvements.
Lead initiatives to update training materials and resources regularly to ensure relevancy and quality.
