As well as delivering the training, they will ensure that the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) is applied by regularly evaluating the effectiveness of training courses, acting on trainee feedback and ensuring training materials are kept up to date, ensuring technical accuracy and quality and exploring opportunities to make the training as engaging and rewarding for trainees as possible. They will also be responsible for taking ownership of Training Requests, as well as representing the team in training committee meetings.

  • Communicating with line managers for the successful development of competence within your staff.
  • Maintaining relationships with both Nuclear Operations and EPR stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts for development of material.
