Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
CP360 is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Training Lead to manage and develop our team of trainers while ensuring the successful execution of training programs across assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships with clients, driving performance improvements, and leading by example in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role within the BPO industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing training waves and achieving Graduation Rate and scorecard goals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
SKILLS:
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Human Resources, Education, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team of trainers assigned to the role.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, performance metrics, and feedback.
- Prepare and deliver reports on training outcomes, progress, and areas for improvement to the Training Manager and stakeholders.
