Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) …

• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce training
• Experience in delivering training activities for a transformation programme
• Maturity of skills and breadth of experience in training and change management principles, methodology and tools
• Experience in working closely with and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present to and engage teams at all levels
• Strong consultative, relationship management, networking and influencing skill

• Contribute to the development of the training plan, which will focus on timelines, audiences and specific training methods/training delivery
• Take ownership of the training development covering a variety of training methods; this will involve coordinating with and agreeing on support from different stakeholders across the programme
• Develop innovative and engaging training materials in multiple formats to meet different learning needs, including the review and sign-off process
• Oversee the set-up and coordination of training sessions; capture feedback and identify improvements
• Delivery of training sessions to trainers
• Support ongoing development of ITV change methodologies and materials to build change capability
