Responsibilities:
- Implement learning tools and technologies that optimize employee experience, such as e-learning platforms and webinars.
- Build, develop, and implement training programs that improve performance and foster talent development at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with leaders from various departments to identify training needs and craft effective learning solutions.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs and adjust based on performance outcomes and participant feedback.
- Manage the training budget and ensure efficient prioritization of resources.
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of internal and external instructors, as well as training vendors.
- Develop continuous learning strategies, including leadership programs, key proficiencies, and technical skills development.
