- QUALIFICATIONS:

l Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above.
l Work Experience: Possess a certain technical background, with experience in training management or technical training. Preference will be given to those with training management experience in large enterprises.
l Professional Skills: Familiar with training needs analysis, course development, training implementation, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
l Comprehensive Qualities: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and organizational management abilities, capable of independently planning and organizing various training activities. Have a strong learning ability and innovative awareness, able to continuously optimize and improve training content and methods.
l Other Requirements: Possess good teamwork spirit and service awareness, able to maintain good cooperative relationships with various departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont

l Training Plan Development: Conducting technical training needs research and analysis, and formulating annual training plans and budgets.
l Training Course Development: Designing and developing technical training courses, including but not limited to product introductions, installation and usage, maintenance and repair, etc.
l Organization of Training Activities: Organize and conduct training activities, including internal company training and channel training.
l Online Training Management: Manage training room information, create training plans, and training reports online on the Academy website.
l Training Resource Management: Manage training room venues, sample machines, tools, and equipment, as well as manage training-related materials.
l Training Instructor Management: Responsible for the selection, training, and management of internal trainers, enhancing the professional level of internal trainers.
