JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs.
• Identify training needs and assess organizational skills gaps.
• Create and manage training budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage training staff, including instructors and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training management or instructional design.
• Certification in training management
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Familiarity with training software, LMS, and authoring tools.
