Description:
To oversee MHE training, health and safety training and inductions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive MHE training programs.
- Design and deliver health and safety training, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage and conduct induction programs for new employees, updating materials as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers, providing guidance and support.
Proven experience in a training management role.
Strong knowledge of MHE operations and health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and training software/tools.
Health and safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH) is a plus
