JOB SUMMARY:

The Training Manager is a new position that will be responsible for the assessment, development and delivery of a wide range of learning in support of our strategic plan, compliance and staff development. The Training Manager will help to ensure that the organization achieves its goal of ensuring our comprehensive services - food and nutrition, healthcare navigation, aging and disability support, and connection to housing and other vital resources enhance the quality, scope and efficiency of our care to our clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Communications or related field, Workforce Development or equivalent work and education experience
  • 3-5 years experience with L&D program design, delivery and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with organizational leaders and managers to identify, prioritize, project manage, design and deliver curriculum in support of the organizations strategic initiative of implementing a Coordinated Care model.
  • Design, build, deliver and administer an employee training program that could include:
  • Staff growth and professional development
  • Safety and compliance training
  • Supervisory training
  • Develop and implement of training procedures and guides.
  • Manage learning management tools. Paycom is currently being used.
  • Support staff onboarding and performance management efforts.
  • Supports compliance efforts throughout the organization as needed.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess learning needs.
  • Track and evaluate effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
