Operational procedures related duties:

• Creator of interactive and engaging content on the functioning of all GSCF’s system and tools and responsible for keeping the content up to date and consistent in format and language across repositories
• Responsible for coordinating trainings for new resources on GSCF’s systems and owner of the training plan including session coordination, trainer reviews and trainee feedback gathering
• Owner of the CO team Training space in Confluence folder structure and in charge of ensuring content is accurate and updated (yearly review

Cross Team Tasks:

• Delivers trainings to the staff on new features and system capabilitie

Counselling roles:

• Counsel, train and support the Operations team on system features and assist in finding solutions; ensuring system is used to its full capacity
• Ensure know-how is spread and work closely with the Portfolio Manager/s to ensure documentation is up to date and available for the CO tea
