Description:

JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:

The Learning & Development team is looking for dynamic individuals who are keen to make a difference in the learning space for our partners. In this role, you will be designing and delivering product and sales training. As part of this dynamic role, you will work closely with L&D, Business Development Managers and Recruitment Managers of the respective partners to bring learning solutions to our distinguished partners. You will report to the Team Lead, PruMastery (L&D).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct training, workshops, clinics and E-Learning modules for Employee Benefits training
  • Conduct training for Agency Leaders and Aspiring Agency leaders, including facilitating internal staff training
  • Conduct MDRT related trainings and study groups
  • Ensure timely delivery of training courses through coordination of the logistics and program content
  • Lead large scale company events (Townhalls, Agency training events, partnership collaboration)
  • Actively support recruitment
  • Conduct training sessions and emcee at company functions as required
  • Lead and support multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Create learning content with digital tools and platforms
  • Design curriculum with a blended learning approach
  • Coaching and support of new trainers

Working Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Insurance or Banking Industry
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in training
  • Minimum knowledge of Employee Benefits

Professional Qualifications

  • Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications
  • Certifications such as AFP, AFC, CFP, ChFC would be an added advantage

Education

  • Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
