Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items) but not limited to:

Work with business team and Store Managers to identify training needs and to develop an effective staff development system which aligns with brand strategy and vision.

  • Partner with Regional training to customize brand training resources for local implementation.
  • Conduct online & offline trainings including product knowledge, industrial knowledge, service & selling skills and clienteling on regular basis.
  • Deliver monthly field coaching at sales floor to closely evaluate training effectiveness and keep track staff progress with KPIs measurement.
  • Maintain and update training database; prepare reports for management review.
  • To participate in various training and HR projects/initiatives, e.g. talent development and succession plan.
  • Assist in local retail events and ad hoc activities if need.

The position holder will be responsible for localization and implement of training programs and field coaching for frontline staffs to equip them with effective selling skills, customer experience and product knowledges. You will work closely with the business team and Store Managers to train up frontline staff’s technical and soft skills in order to support continuous individual development and to achieve business goals. • 50% dedicated to Malaysia DTC; • 30% dedicated to Singapore DTC (monthly travel); • 20% Travel Retail & SEA market with focus on Brand Induction, TUMI Elite & Seasonal newness training.

  • University graduate or above.
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in training and development from cosmetic, FMCG & Retail industry, luxury brands preferred.
  • Proven track record in field coaching.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
  • Proactive and able to work under fast-paced working environment.
  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills especially Power Point.

Responsibilities:
