Responsibilities:
The Training Manager role is a completely hands-on role responsible for delivering all areas of Learning & Development for The Arts Club. The specific focus will be on operational areas of the business, working alongside all FOH Management to ensure new on-boarding team members have the sufficient support and guidance to settle in as well as the Teams across the club to be maintaining the standards to meet the club’s expected level of service. This role will report to the Director of People & Culture while working closely with the club operations management teams.
