JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

• Designing and delivering a full spectrum of learning and development initiatives as part of organizational capability development.
• Create online learning programs
• Assess employees’ capabilities through learning needs analysis to understand current /anticipated gaps in knowledge and skills set
• Identify relevant WSQ courses and customer service programs to support life-long learning Initiatives
• Conduct onboarding, orientation and service excellence in alignment with organization vision mission
• In-charge of the trainee internships from various schools
• Manage government initiatives for the hotel sector
• Work closely with various departments to develop OJT for new staff / trainee
• Conduct interviews and coach trainees

. Undertaking any other related task/duty that may be assigned
