Description:

Join our Group Learning & Development team (L&D) within the HUB Group HR in Lisbon, a cross-functional department responsible for defining, managing, and leading the Learning & Development strategy for the BNP Paribas Group.
Thanks to its strategic positioning and expertise, this team develops cross-functional offers and academies to support the Group’s major transformation projects and key skills identified by the Strategic Workforce Planning exercises. The scope of intervention covers both global and French levels, with a role of coordinating and leading the Learning & Development communities.

Responsibilities:

You will work with the Learning Management Solution (MyDev) to upload, Test & Assign trainings accordingly with annual road map to implement the Annual Training plan.
You will produce on demand training reporting.
You will realize trainings administrative actions through MyDev (events creation, logistics, attendance rate, list of participants, material, quizzes, statistics…)
You will provide functional assistance to employees and L&D Teams regarding various topics.
You will assist other departments and training referents worldwide regarding questions on Training offers when needed.
You will organize sessions with the different providers (internal or external) and create learning objects in MyDev.
You will ensure data quality for incoming courses through MyDev.
You will set up and follow up training, from the specifications up to the go live.
You will help with designing and developing training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) selecting appropriate learning methods per case (e.g., virtual / classroom, e-learnings courses, workshops, etc.).
You will take part in the continuous process improvement, maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
You will actively participate in team Agile rituals, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning.
