DESCRIPTION

The Training Program Manager is responsible for developing, onboarding, training, and education programs and curricula in support of the Theresa Jane Healthcare Careers and Supportive Care Services workforce development needs. This position is also accountable for identifying best practices and establishing standards for all elements of the programs for which he or she is responsible.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, nursing, education or other related field. or
• Associate’s Degree in business, healthcare, nursing, education or other related field. or 6 years related experience
• 4 years experience in adult education and learning.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Education, Healthcare, or related field.
