We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training Programme Operations Manager to oversee the administration, delivery, and reporting of a bespoke compliance training programme for 8,000 global learners. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of the programme and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
As a key member of the team, you will work directly with our client to manage training operations, facilitate communication, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You may also have the opportunity to manage other training delivery accounts as the engagement expands, providing scope for professional growth.
About the Role
Training Operations Management
- Schedule and manage live virtual training sessions via the client’s LMS, to be delivered globally, ensuring minimum attendance targets are met.
- Oversee onboarding for facilitators and new team members, providing resources and guidance to ensure smooth integration.
- Coordinate and project manage pilot sessions before go-live of each course, ensuring readiness and effectiveness.
- Monitor and mark attendance for all sessions, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
Reporting and Insights
- Maintain and enhance dashboards to track programme progress, including session completion rates, attendance, satisfaction scores, and feedback.
- Produce regular reports (monthly/quarterly) for business reviews, detailing key metrics and insights.
- Analyse and incorporate feedback to refine training content, processes, and scripts.
- Present progress back to the client periodically.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct client meetings and stakeholder calls to schedule bespoke sessions and discuss programme updates as required.
- Support stakeholder escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct quality checks, including video reviews and trend analysis of satisfaction scores per facilitator.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to ensure optimal programme delivery.
- Lead “train the trainer” sessions and teachbacks to ensure facilitator readiness and consistency.
Content and Facilitation
- Manage updates to training scripts and materials based on client feedback and programme evolution.
- Facilitate training sessions (as required), providing high-quality learning experiences.
- Curate and update FAQ documents for facilitators and learners, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Programme Communication
- Proactively monitor and respond to learner questions in training session forums and via email, providing accurate and timely guidance within established policy frameworks to support effective learning engagement.
- Manage and update FAQs on the question page and landing page.
- Design and distribute communications to keep stakeholders informed and engage
About You
- Proven experience in training programme management, operations, or administration within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with experience in dashboard maintenance and data-driven reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create and format professional and visually appealing slides.
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills to navigate dynamic project needs.
- Experience in facilitating virtual is necessary for the role.
