• Please note that this position is based in Drummondville or St-Bruno, depending on your preference. This role also requires periodic travel to our units in North America (Canada and USA).
• Collaborate with key human resources professionals to understand the plants operational issues and challenges
• Identify resource and training needs to collect information
• Analyze existing equipment and propose solutions for improvement
• Set up and design training documents
• Assist operators in structuring, deploying and maintaining training plans
• Develop a skills assessment method
• Participate in the management of implemented training programs
