Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking a Training Specialist to join our experienced training team here in Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in training administration or coordination, with proven ability to manage learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Experience with reporting tools and analysing data to measure training effectiveness.
- Experience in delivering technical training’s will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to trainees of various skill levels.
- Adaptability and continuous learning to stay current in industry advancements, new technologies and evolving training methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs.
- Administer and manage our Learning Management System (LMS), including user registration, content updates, and system maintenance.
- Assess and certify trainees through evaluations, ensuring their knowledge meets industry standards.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and foster a positive working relationship.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers for specialised training sessions.
- Track and report on training completion, certifications, and performance metrics using LMS and other reporting tools.
- Introduce new training methods to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they are familiar with training systems and available resources.
