YOU QUALIFY WITH:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university plus three years of experience in positions that provided knowledge of training methods, techniques, and materials as related to individual development, education, and training programs; or in positions that provided knowledge of agency operation or programs which included giving group presentations.
- Experience and education may substitute for each other (one year=30 semester hours).

Responsibilities:
The Training Specialist IV- SWFT Trainer performs highly complex (senior-level) training work. Work involves coordinating, developing, evaluating and conducting training sessions using a variety of training methods. May serve as team lead providing guidance to others. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.
