Training Support Assistant with French
Michelin is hiring!
This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in French and English;
- Min. 1 year experience as a Training Assistant, HR Assistant or administrative role;
- Organizational and multitasking ability;
- Attention to detail.
- A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package ( especially Excel);
The Training Support Assistant will:
- Create purchase requests and receipts in the system and/or validate training provider invoices;
- Sign the training providers’ agreements, after validating the content with the local competency manager.
- Distributes the costs following a training, depending on the participants and the cost centers;
- Registers employees who participated in a training without it being planned (session considered “after the fact");
- Ensures that the systems are updated and contain correct data (cost, duration, participant status);
- Propose solutions to improve processes;
- At the request of the direct manager, ensures business continuity (back-up) in case of need and contributes to the acquisition of versatility within the team;
- Actively participate in the approach of continuous progress respecting the Lean methodology;
- Provide occasional support for any team activity;
- Respect the confidentiality of employees’ personal data;
- Make the quality and performance indicators established with the partner entities available to the manager.
