Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Operate the tram along the designated route
• Assist with guests’ enquiries and feedback, sale of tram tickets
• Assist in tram emergency situations
• Work closely with tram technicians to ensure that trams are in good working condition
• Assist with Safe Management Measures duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ’N’ Levels and above
• Class 3/3A Driving Licence required with minimum 1 year of driving experience
• Pleasant and courteous disposition with good communication skills
• Enjoy interaction with guests
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
