JOB SUMMARY

Acts as a service partner for our clients, work together with RMs, Product Sales, Operations & other key internal stakeholders and take complete ownership of Channel Setups and trainings for our clients, solve channel issues and identify opportunities to improve overall service for client. Ensure uniform approach towards implementation of Global Client Service Model and adherence to DOIs.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluency in English and should be able to clearly communicate the BAU aspects with client and Stakeholders.
  • Candidate should have experience of dealing with senior client and internal stake holders, visiting client for trainings etc.
  • Candidate should have technical expertise, Systems , knowledge of interface.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Cash Service Team.
  • Own and drive execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service, getting clients to the point of ready-to-transact as quickly as possible.
  • Accept and arrange processing of various channels (Straight2Bank) and related products and services setup requests for clients; including internal setups.
  • Deliver excellent service and advice to our clients in all interactions for their Straight2Bank channel activation pre-transactional enquiries/setup, training, and other channel related issues.
  • Provide Training to clients on all Straight2bank aspects , Initiations / reporting etc. and ensure client is aware of the self-help functionalities to help reduce the incoming enquiries to the bank.
  • Escalate or enforce compliance requirements, and follow any other relevant internal controls and procedures as they relate to process, products, policies and regulations.
  • Document archival and Token Stock Maintenance to be conducted on a periodic basis.
  • Leverage on metrics and client insights to understand client’s needs, and identify opportunities for improvements in service, product solutions, utilization, and optimising channel usage, up-selling and cross-selling etc.
  • Comply with Operational Risk Framework set out for CSG including but not limited to client identification, complaints and enquiry handling, SAT process.
