• As a Transaction Manager - Structured Finance you will support our front line and credit teams, and our customers, working on LMA related transactions, and managing commercial deals from credit approval, through documentation negotiation, to drawdown
• The Transaction Manager - Structured Finance plays a critical role, at a key stage, in the delivery of Metro Bank’s business growth goals, with a focus on the delivery of senior debt to support Structured Finance transactions
• Provide subject matter expertise, alongside transaction management team colleagues, on all documentation, security, and legal due diligence queries relating to corporate and commercial lending applications
• Provide proactive solutions to lending deals that snag, achieve credit acceptance on relevant issues and influence our colleagues in the right way to make the right decision
• Project manage the deal execution process for complex transactions, ensuring that transactions are completed in agreed timescales whilst ensuring excellent customer service throughout
• Lead and proactively manage internal and external partners to drawdown and completion
• Assess, analyse and provide suggested solutions to take deals (trading, development and investment) forward, enabling Relationship Managers to move on to the next deal
• Be a senior point of reference on deal execution, with knowledge of documentation and security
