Deal advisory is the KPMG line of services that helps companies create value by evaluating the risks and opportunities of corporate finance transactions, facilitating the various stages of the deal and identifying critical aspects in order to streamline the process. The Deal advisory team brings its multi-disciplinary know-how to every stage of the transaction.
The Transaction services team is part of Deal advisory, providing support in M&As, from the pre-deal evaluation to the post-deal integration or separation.
Our professionals assist clients in identifying the risks and opportunities of their acquisitions, sales and joint ventures, helping them in transactions such as buy outs and IPOs.
Joining our team, you will work closely with financial backers, shareholders and managers at all levels. You will assist clients in corporate finance transactions, availing of digital tools and using technology in your day-to-day activities. Our clients are large corporate entities and Italian and international private equity funds.
Join our team in Rome: a dynamic and stimulating environment where you will work on financial due diligence projects and provide assistance to our clients (private equity funds and Italian and international companies).

The ideal candidate must have:

  • a specialist degree in business subjects (with a focus on accounting, management control and finance);
  • 2/3 years of experience in transaction services, audit or similar;
  • accounting skills and knowledge of the financial reporting standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS);
  • an ability to analyse financial statements and solid mathematical, financial and accounting expertise;
  • a good knowledge of English.

Candidates would ideally have:

  • experience abroad;
  • some experience with an audit or consulting company, in transaction services or in management control within a company, or with an accounting firm.
