Transactional Attorney

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an experienced Paralegal in the real estate sector. This position will be located in Dallas, Texas and will involve handling real estate transactions.

• Prepare and review real estate transactional documents and contracts
• Oversee title disputes and negotiations and handle title work
• Address issues concerning mechanics liens and bond claims
• Provide legal advice on regulations and potential legal liabilities
• Conduct comprehensive research on complex legal implications in real estate deals
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve their objectives
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in all transactional practices
• Utilize extensive knowledge in statutory notices as part of real estate transactions.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Must possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate Law
• Experience with Real Estate Titles is required
• Must have a solid understanding and experience with Mechanics Liens
• Experience in dealing with Bonds is necessary
• Must have a proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and managing Contracts
• Experience with Statutory Filings is a must
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
