QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail orientated with excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills - both written and verbal
  • Resilient and adaptable with ability to effectively manage change
  • Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
  • Experience in a healthcare environment not essential

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 40+ transcriptionists, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines
  • Manage transcription workflow, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with our Doctors and clinics directing queries where necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Implement best practices for transcription accuracy and efficiency
  • Kronos rostering and management
