JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Transcription Operations Manager
Position Summary:
Magna Legal Services is seeking an experienced detail-oriented Transcription Operations Manager to oversee our transcription operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production of high-quality legal transcriptions while ensuring industry-leading turnaround times and exceptional service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in transcription services fields
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in transcription software and technologies
Compensation: USD $70,000 - $85,000 per year
An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transcription production queue, prioritizing tasks and managing workflow to meet tight deadlines
- Proactively address capacity gaps and resolve issues affecting service delivery
- Manage and develop a team of top-tier transcription contractors and employees, ensuring they meet or exceed performance KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve quality and accuracy
- Compile and update KPI reports to management
- Drive operational improvements and implement best practices
