What you will be responsible for
We offer roles in various teams in the area of investment and fund services: Transfer Agency

As Transfer Agency Analyst you will:

  • Be responsible for the correct and timely processing of specific activities performed in the areas of Transfer Agency Services
  • Be involved in a significant number of contacts with internal and external clients, Transfer Agents and other groups within State Street
  • Make sure any discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally
  • Ensure clients’ instructions are processed in a timely fashion
  • Perform reconciliation, client administration and analyze the information received
  • Make sure any client’s instruction as well as discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good command of Italian
  • Good command of English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Basic understanding of financial services would be beneficial
