We are looking for a Dealing Transfer Agent Intern and happy to help students to take their mandatory internship with school agreement, share their fresh ideas and have working exposure with us to enhance their career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for reviewing processes, reorganizing documents and complying with the regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support with administrative tasks preparation for example job aids, MIS, KPI, Reporting.
  • Comply with the regulatory regimes, in particular Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime regulation & Risk.
  • Adhere to procedures in relation to all tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Exercise Due Diligence making sure processes are organized and under control.
  • Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis.
  • Demonstrate integrity in the execution of duties.
  • Adhere to the operational principles PACE & L: Professional, Accountable, Client Focused, Excellence and Leadership in all tasks and interactions.
