Your Role
We are looking for a Transfer Agent Associate 1, to join our Dealing_ Platform team. You will be responsible for processing, reviewing and implementing strict data quality processes including e.g. transaction processing, clearing platform cash movements and/or subsequent reporting and complying with the regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection. You will be delivering high quality service in a timely manner against goals and targets set by the Manager performing tasks under supervision and acting within defined procedures.
Your Team
You’ll be working within the Dealing_ Platform department and directly reporting to the Line Manager, Officer level, establishing effective collaborative relations with clients, peers and superiors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Comply with the regulatory regimes, in particular Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime regulation & Risk
  • Adhere to procedures (& team’s supporting documents such as e.g. user guides, job aides, checklists etc.) in relation to all tasks in a timely and accurate manner (incl. pro-active maintenance of team’s e.g. procedures, user guides, job aids etc. with the support & guidance of the teams’ managers)
  • Exercise Due Diligence making sure processes are organized and under control
  • Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis
  • Plan effectively quality services delivery
  • Continuously review practices relating to the role
  • Demonstrate integrity in the execution of duties
  • Adhere to the operational principles PACE & L: Professional, Accountable, Client Focused, Excellence and Leadership in all tasks and interactions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree - Financial or Business education would be an asset
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure
  • A clear and precise methodological approach to problem-solving; organization skills for oneself and others; team-oriented, enthusiastic and flexible; initiative and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines & deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Additional EU languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Italian would be an asset
