As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing transfer pricing strategies across our clients’ multinational operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, performing detailed financial analyses, and providing strategic tax advice to minimize risks and maximize value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with OECD guidelines and BEPS requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses and benchmarking studies to support intercompany pricing models.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of transfer pricing studies.
  • Prepare country-by-country reports and ensure compliance with local and global transfer pricing regulations.
  • Collaborate with tax, finance, and legal departments to align transfer pricing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Provide support during tax audits, including preparing responses to inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation, including OECD updates and country-specific regulations.
  • Advise clients on mitigating transfer pricing risks and identifying tax planning opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, tax, or related advisory roles, preferably within a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of OECD guidelines, BEPS framework, and country-specific transfer pricing regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, including the use of transfer pricing databases and benchmarking tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
