WHY WE’RE HIRING:

We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager/Director to join our Group Tax team based in London for six months. Working closely with the existing team, we are looking for a versatile, flexible and passionate individual to take responsibility for implementing our global transfer pricing policies and providing transfer pricing advice across a diverse, creative and transformative group. The role will involve providing key support to senior finance teams across our networks and operating companies as well as aiding the various centrally led transformational change projects.

You will be responsible for implementing WPP’s global service fee programs for FY2024. This will involve:

• Gathering and reviewing data from finance teams across each of WPP’s networks;
• Using data and existing service fee models (some of which will be using Alteryx and others excel) to calculate cost plus mark-up service fee charges and allocations;
• Reviewing and evaluating service fee model outputs;
• Co-ordinating with and advising network finance teams to implement service fee charges to operating companies;
• Assisting with producing the necessary documentation to support the charges from a transfer pricing and corporation tax perspective;
• Working closely with offshore team of transfer pricing managers based in India.

In addition, the role will be involved in the design and implementation of new transfer pricing policies for key transformational change projects and assisting with ongoing transfer pricing issues and enquiries around the world.
